Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational growth and company culture.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
- Implement data-driven HR metrics to track engagement, retention, and workforce productivity.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departmental levels.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Deep working knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) and Google Workspace.
