Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
- Design and implement innovative performance management systems that drive growth.
- Partner with leadership to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance company culture.
- Oversee global benefits administration and ensure competitive compensation benchmarking.
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex issues with tact and confidentiality.
- Optimize HRIS workflows to increase operational efficiency across the organization.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state employment labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Deep understanding of California employment law and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
