Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs that drive early employee success and cultural integration.
- Lead performance management cycles, facilitating calibration sessions and guiding managers through effective feedback loops.
- Manage employee relations, providing expert coaching on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Analyze HR metrics and turnover data to provide actionable insights that influence company-wide retention strategies.
- Oversee benefits administration and compensation benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
- Spearhead organizational development initiatives, including leadership training and career pathing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California and federal labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling) and data analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
