- Maintain compliance with all state and federal employment labor laws.
- Analyze people analytics to drive data-informed decision-making for HR policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing organizational change and scaling HR processes.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern people management software.
