Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and professional development programs.
- Oversee performance management cycles and facilitate constructive feedback loops.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership for organizational planning and change management.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity and reporting analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Proven ability to navigate sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and empathy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Gusto).
