Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless experience from hire to exit.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, belonging, and high performance through strategic engagement initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness.
- Analyze people data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and policy improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding employee relations and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced tech or professional services environment.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP) and modern talent management tools.
- Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution.
