Responsibilities

- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Champion performance management programs, including career pathing and feedback frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Analyze people analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and implementing HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong proficiency with modern HR tech stacks such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
