Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent retention strategies that reflect our core values.
- Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws to minimize organizational risk.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns with empathy, discretion, and data-driven solutions.
- Refine and optimize HR workflows to improve efficiency through HRIS automation and system integration.
- Facilitate performance management cycles and support career development initiatives across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
