Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier industry talent.
- Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate OKRs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on compliance and restorative outcomes.
- Streamline HR operations, including payroll integration, benefits administration, and HRIS optimization.
- Advise leadership on organizational design and talent development roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in federal and New York state employment law.
- Proven ability to manage HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data visualization and reporting.
