Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies that ensure legal compliance and promote equitable practices.
- Manage employee relations, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on sensitive matters.
- Analyze people metrics and provide data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
- Drive internal culture initiatives, team-building events, and professional development programs.
- Administer comprehensive benefits and compensation programs to maintain market competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
- Expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a proven ability to build strong workplace relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
