- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve complex employee relations matters.
- Optimize HRIS workflows to streamline data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or People functions.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
