Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive growth.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a supportive and inclusive culture that aligns with company values.
- Manage HR compliance and administration, including benefits, compensation benchmarking, and policy updates.
- Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and retention.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs to boost team morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
