Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Lead performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications.
- Drive company culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with absolute discretion and empathy.
