Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, including goal setting, career development, and compensation reviews.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive corporate culture through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Partner with leadership to resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize HRIS data to provide actionable insights on retention, turnover, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic people initiatives.
