- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on fair resolution and mediation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in California employment law and payroll regulations.
- Proven track record of scaling teams in a fast-paced, modern work environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
