In this role, you will be the bridge between our company culture and our operational success. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, spearhead DE&I programs, and refine our internal policies to attract and retain elite industry talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier talent to final onboarding.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that drive high-impact results.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
- Streamline HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll integration, and HRIS management.
- Design and execute internal employee engagement programs to boost retention and workplace culture.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and human capital strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
- Proven expertise in California labor laws and federal employment compliance.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
