- Manage complex employee relations cases with empathy and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize HRIS systems to streamline operations and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in HR analytics and workforce planning.
