Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to strategic offboarding.
- Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting and professional development coaching.
- Manage employee relations, providing empathetic and compliant resolutions to complex workplace matters.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs that foster a culture of belonging.
- Optimize HRIS workflows to increase automation and data accuracy.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and execute talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
