Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through digital channels and social media networking.
- Conduct professional virtual consultations to assess client insurance needs and financial goals.
- Present and explain various insurance policy options clearly and accurately.
- Guide clients through the application and onboarding process with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing professional development training.
- Achieve monthly performance targets consistently while maintaining a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training for beginners.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or computer for WFH operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
