Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or process improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
