Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Manage the operational budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met through efficiency gains.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all operational areas.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including sales, procurement, and finance to align operational goals with business strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or logistics, preferably within a fast-paced environment (3+ years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities to motivate teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
