Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and inventory turnover to optimize product assortment and placement.
- Execute visual merchandising directives to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct competitor market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Manage in-store merchandising execution and seasonal resets.
- Prepare detailed reports for regional management regarding stock levels and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion Merchandising preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple retail locations as required.
