Responsibilities
- Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and market trends.
- Manage inventory flow, stock levels, and allocation to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Analyze sales data and market reports to recommend buying adjustments and promotional strategies.
- Lead floor set implementations and conduct regular visual audits to maintain high visual standards.
- Collaborate with the Buying and Marketing teams to successfully launch new product lines.
- Train and mentor store associates on merchandising standards and customer service excellence.
- Oversee vendor relations and ensure timely delivery of displays and materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in retail management software (e.g., SAP, Retail Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and forecast inventory needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for color, texture, and layout.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
