Responsibilities
- Execute Visual Standards: Implement and maintain high-quality visual merchandising displays according to company guidelines and seasonal themes to maximize product visibility.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure accurate inventory data and minimize stockouts.
- Planogram Compliance: Ensure store layouts strictly adhere to planogram specifications, optimizing shelf space and product placement for maximum conversion.
- Customer Engagement: Assist customers in locating products, provide styling advice, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment that enhances the customer journey.
- Store Operations: Support daily store operations, including markdown execution, receipt processing, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store leadership and fellow team members to address merchandising needs and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or a similar operational role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and color theory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in varying store environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
