Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with seasonal trends and brand identity.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit floor sets, ensuring strict compliance with company visual standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and inventory turnover to optimize product placement and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-impact in-store promotional displays and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.
- Train and mentor store associates on visual merchandising techniques and in-depth product knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and fashion forecasts to keep our brand ahead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising.
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangement, and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and POS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and adjust strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to various store locations and work weekends or holidays as required.
