You will collaborate closely with Buying, Allocation, and Supply Chain teams to drive multi-million dollar business strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive seasonal financial plans and open-to-buy budgets.
- Analyze weekly sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with buyers to curate assortments that balance brand vision with historical performance data.
- Manage inventory flow and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across all channels.
- Conduct deep-dive business reviews to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to mitigate risks and ensure timely product delivery.
- Develop forecasting models to predict demand and manage markdowns effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Demonstrated success in managing seasonal assortments and improving inventory turn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with retail planning software (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP, or similar).
