Your Mission

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that our output meets the highest standards of excellence while maximizing throughput and minimizing waste. You will act as the bridge between engineering strategy and floor execution, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the board.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations to ensure target production goals are met efficiently and safely.
  • Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve process flow.
  • Maintain and repair production machinery and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for preventative care.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company quality control standards.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of production staff to foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
