Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of 100+ hospitality professionals
- Monitor and control operational budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop guest experience initiatives
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service issues
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent field
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in resort operations and team leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and cultural nuances
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, CHT) preferred
