Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations
- Develop and implement operational procedures ensuring luxury service standards
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead staff training programs focused on cultural sensitivity and premium service delivery
- Coordinate with vendors and local tourism partners for seamless guest experiences
- Implement sustainable practices aligned with eco-tourism certifications
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service escalations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury hotel/resort management experience in Asia-Pacific
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Deep understanding of Balinese tourism ecosystem and cultural protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Crisis management experience and first aid certification
