As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless service delivery while mentoring our passionate hospitality professionals. Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized guest itineraries including private dining, spa treatments, and unique excursions
- Lead a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through daily briefings and performance coaching
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with discretion and maintain 98%+ satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with F&B and departments to create signature culinary experiences
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements and innovation
- Manage VIP arrivals including celebrity and high-net-worth clientele
- Develop seasonal packages aligned with market trends and demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years luxury resort experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Fluency in English with additional languages highly valued (French, Mandarin, Arabic)
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management
- Certified in CPR/First Aid and crisis management protocols
- Proven ability to thrive in multicultural, high-pressure environments
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to minute details
- Valid Maldives work permit and visa sponsorship eligibility
