Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement staff training programs exceeding industry standards
- Analyze financial performance metrics to optimize profitability
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for premium service delivery
- Lead crisis management and ensure safety compliance
- Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance online reputation
- Collaborate with marketing team to create exclusive guest experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management with international resort experience
- Proven revenue growth and cost optimization track record
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Advanced certification in hospitality management preferred
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera/Micros)
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market dynamics
