Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, P&L statements, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with international luxury brand standards
- Coordinate with marketing team for seasonal promotions and events
- Handle VIP guest relations and service recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business
- Minimum 7 years luxury hotel experience, 3+ in senior management
- Proven track record in revenue management and team leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in hotel management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and hospitality analytics
- Crisis management and conflict resolution expertise
