Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage a team of 100+ staff including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement cost-control measures
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve complex guest inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven track record of exceeding guest satisfaction targets
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Certification in Hospitality Management or related field
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and industry trends
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
