Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote resort offerings
- Handle VIP guest experiences and crisis management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in resort operations
- Proven track record in revenue optimization and team leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Relevant certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism market and cultural nuances
- Advanced proficiency in PMS systems and hospitality software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
