Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and security teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-control measures are maintained
- Lead staff training programs to maintain exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability regulations
- Build relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Certification in hospitality management or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism market and trends
