Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures
- Implement innovative marketing strategies to drive occupancy and premium bookings
- Lead staff training programs focusing on luxury service standards and cultural competence
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to maintain premium service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in hospitality management or equivalent industry credentials
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and talent development
- Deep understanding of Balinese tourism market and international guest expectations
