Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership of resort operations including staff management, budget oversight, and revenue optimization
  • Implementation of premium service standards across all guest touchpoints
  • Development and execution of guest experience enhancement initiatives
  • Coordination with marketing teams to promote resort offerings and drive occupancy
  • Compliance with Indonesian tourism regulations and sustainability protocols
  • Stakeholder management with corporate partners and local tourism authorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years luxury resort experience with 3+ years in senior management
  • Proven financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget management
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills highly valued
  • Deep knowledge of Bali tourism landscape and cultural sensitivity
