Azure Horizons Hospitality is seeking a visionary Resort Manager to oversee all operations of our 5-star property in Seminyak. You will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for unparalleled service while driving innovation in Southeast Asia's premier tourism destination.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of luxury hospitality in Bali, managing a diverse team of 120+ staff across accommodation, F&B, spa, and recreation departments. You'll collaborate with international stakeholders to develop sustainable tourism practices while delivering memorable experiences for our discerning global clientele.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of resort operations including staff management, budget oversight, and revenue optimization
- Implementation of premium service standards across all guest touchpoints
- Development and execution of guest experience enhancement initiatives
- Coordination with marketing teams to promote resort offerings and drive occupancy
- Compliance with Indonesian tourism regulations and sustainability protocols
- Stakeholder management with corporate partners and local tourism authorities
- Crisis management and operational problem-solving for guest-related issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years luxury resort experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills highly valued
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism landscape and cultural sensitivity
- Certifications in hospitality leadership (e.g., CHA) and sustainability practices
- Exceptional crisis management and operational problem-solving abilities
