Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including F&B, guest services, and spa management
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction scores
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and optimize revenue streams
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 150+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tourism regulations and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to position resort as premier luxury destination
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in guest experience operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at senior level
- Proven track record in resort operations with P&L responsibility
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tourism ecosystem and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly desirable
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, EHMA) preferred
