As the Resort Manager, you'll oversee daily operations of our 50-villa property, drive revenue optimization, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of resort operations to exceed guest satisfaction targets
- Manage P&L with focus on revenue optimization through dynamic pricing and upselling strategies
- Develop and implement staff training programs emphasizing Balinese cultural immersion
- Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Concierge departments for seamless service delivery
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations for premium service providers
- Analyze market trends to position resort competitively in Bali's luxury tourism sector
- Ensure compliance with international safety and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification
- Minimum 7 years luxury resort experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record in revenue management and team leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and cultural sensitivities
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Certification in sustainable tourism practices (GSTC or equivalent)
