Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty metrics
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and cost optimization strategies
- Lead staff training programs focusing on luxury service standards and cultural excellence
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop premium packages and seasonal promotions
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and sustainability practices
- Build relationships with high-profile clientele and corporate partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years luxury resort experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills highly valued
- Advanced certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI)
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera) and revenue management strategies
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and emerging travel trends
