Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, financial reporting, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy and loyalty programs
- Build relationships with high-profile clients and corporate partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years luxury resort/hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills preferred
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI)
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and trends
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
