We seek an exceptional Luxury Resort Manager to oversee daily operations while delivering world-class guest experiences. Lead a team of 150+ staff across departments including F&B, concierge, and spa services. Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative guest retention programs. This role requires a visionary leader passionate about Balinese hospitality culture and international service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee resort operations, staff management, and financial performance
- Develop and implement guest experience enhancement initiatives
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Analyze operational metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- International resort experience with 5-star properties
- Certification in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of Balinese tourism ecosystem
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and yield management systems
