Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and security protocols
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty metrics
- Manage P&L responsibilities, optimize revenue streams, and control operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and maximize ancillary revenue
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service escalations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in resort leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction scores
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control systems
- Strong team leadership abilities with demonstrated staff development success
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations and cultural nuances
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certified in hospitality management (CHIA or equivalent preferred)
- Experience with luxury brands like Aman, Four Seasons, or Six Senses
