Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 150+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, cost optimization, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy rates and brand positioning
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve complex service issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire multicultural teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese highly desirable
- Certification in hospitality management or business administration preferred
- Deep understanding of Singapore tourism landscape and market trends
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
