Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including daily P&L management and budget execution
- Develop and implement strategic guest experience initiatives exceeding luxury brand standards
- Lead, mentor and develop department heads across hospitality divisions
- Drive revenue optimization through dynamic pricing and market trend analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tourism regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand visibility and guest acquisition
- Coordinate with sustainability initiatives for eco-responsible operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury hospitality management experience with 5+ in resort leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Advanced certification in hospitality management (e.g., Cornell, SHRM)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism market and cultural nuances
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera) and revenue management tools
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
