Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage team recruitment, training, and performance optimization
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with marketing to create unique guest experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management, preferably in resort settings
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations
