Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 150+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with international luxury standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to position resort as Bali's premier luxury destination
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize operational budgets
- Drive sustainability initiatives while maintaining luxury service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 8 years luxury hotel/resort management experience with 3+ years at senior level
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Strong understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI) preferred
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
