Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 100+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgets, financial controls, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand positioning and drive occupancy
- Build relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, and travel partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and service targets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Certified in hospitality management (CHIA, AHLEI, or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and trends
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and eco-tourism practices
