Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of resort operations including F&B, guest services, housekeeping, and facilities management
- Develop and implement service excellence initiatives to maintain AAA Five Diamond status
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training programs and performance reviews
- Manage budgetary controls, financial reporting, and revenue optimization strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with local tourism boards and luxury travel providers
- Ensure compliance with international safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards
- Drive guest satisfaction metrics through personalized service recovery and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with marketing team on brand positioning and guest experience innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at senior leadership level
- Proven track record in resort operations with P&L responsibility
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, ICHA) or equivalent degree
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Expertise in revenue management, yield optimization, and luxury market trends
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in team development and employee retention
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations and sustainability practices
