Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 150+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, cost optimization, and P&L accountability
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and premium positioning
- Handle VIP guest experiences and high-resolution service recovery
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Advanced certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, SHRM-SCP)
- Expertise in P&L management, labor optimization, and inventory control
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and competitive landscape
